TOPKAPI PALACE: Inside the palace Aya Irini, Bab-ı Selam, Matbah-ı Âmire (Palace Cuisine), Divan, External Treasury
Deparment , Bab-ı Saade, Audience Chamber, Internal Treasury Department , The Spoonmaker's Diamond, Holy Relics,The
Tiled Kiosk, Baghdad Kiosk ,Revan Kiosk are making our trips.
The construction of the Hagia Sophia started with the order of Emperor Justinianos İ.S. The construction was completed in
537, we are going to the Hagia Sophia Museum. We see frescoes inside the museum.
FOR LUNCH; in the historic Sultan Ahmet Kofteci we eat Sultanahmet meatballs.
TURKISH DESSERTS AND TURKISH DELIGHT TASTING
THEN WE ARE GOING TO THE HASEKI HURREM SULTAN BATH.

DAY 3: We start with a great breakfast in wonderful Istanbul morning.

treasure. It takes our minds with multiple entries. Every time we enter, we feel lost, when we think we can't get out, the
main gates appear.
SPICES: Formerly used as a 'natural pharmacy' in the market, the prescription of medicines made from certain herb
mixtures was hung in front of the stores and these mixtures were offered to the customers who wanted. This tradition
continues today. Many stores sell different spices and herbs, which are known to be good for various diseases.
Sage, Anise, Rosemary, Nigella, Safflower, Bay Leaf, Dill seed, Basil- Reyhan, Mustard, Poppy, Muscat, Linden, Carnation,

EMINONU: New Mosque, Egyptian Bazaar, pigeons, peddlers, ferry voices, in short, with the atmosphere of Istanbul is one

Day 4: We make our breakfast consisting of unique flavors
THEN WE ARE GOING TO SULEYMANIYE MOSQUE
ON THE PIERRE LOTI HILL WHERE WE GO UP WITH THE CABLE CAR, WE MAKE A BEAUTIFUL ISTANBUL VIEW.
Pierre Loti Hill with a cable car to the world-famous Pierre Loti Café sipping delicious coffees in the city while you can not
separate your eyes from the magnificent panoramic view of the city. This park is named after the famous French novelist
who spends a lot of time there.
THEN WE ARE GOING TO MINIATURK.
AFTER THAT, WE WILL GO TO THE CHEFS ISTANBUL WORKSHOP AND GIVE OUR GUESTS THE EXPERIENCE OF MAKING AND
TASTING THE OTTOMAN CUISINE WITH THEIR OWN HAND.
DINING WORKSHOP: One of the favorites of Ottoman Cuisine; lentil soup, hunkar begendı, perde pilavı and zerde dessert.
HUNKAR BEGENDI: One of the recipes that conquered the stomach of the sultan, who is the leader of the palace kitchen

BULGUR PILAVI,KESKUL. WE'RE GOING TO EXPERIENCE OUR LUNCH AND COOK OURSELF
CHICKEN BROTH SOUP
LAMB MUTANCANA: “Red meat or chicken, dried fruits, honey and almond made using the Ottoman palace cuisine is a
dish., Fatih Sultan Mehmet Han’s fovorite food.. He entered the palace kitchen from Trakya region in 15th century.
FIRIK PILAVI: You will love the aroma of Firik pilaf with this delicious bulgur ,chickpea and meatwater.
KESKUL: It is one of the desserts of Ottoman cuisine. Thanks to the powdered almonds and the shredded coconut, it is a
lighter and less calorie, practical dessert option compared to the flavored, sweet-smelling and syrupy desserts.
AFTER,WE GO TO BEYLERBEYI PALACE
After this beautiful historical tour, we go to Camlıca hill which has a bosphorus to see a beautiful sunset view.

COFFEE WORKSHOP IN ORTAKOY, WE MAKE COFFEE BY COOKING IN THE EMBERS WITH OUR OWN HANDS.
WE WILL VISIT ORTAKOY'S BAZAAR.
AFTER THIS PLEASANT TOUR, WE ARE GOING TO THE HISTORIC GALATA TOWER.
FIRST WE WILL VISIT THE TOWER AND THEN VISIT THE MODERN ART MUSEUM..
MODERN ART MUSEUM
AFTER THIS GREAT MUSEUM TRIP, WE ARE GOING TO TAKSIM SQUARE.
TAKSIM SQUARE: In the past, water distribution to the city was done here. The name of Taksim Square is coming from here.
