DAY 2: IN THE LIST OF THE UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE CUMALIKIZIK
We arrive at Cumalıkızık, this authentic Turkish village, with its cobblestone streets from the first five centuries of Ottoman
rule you will see the examples of the civil architecture of the early Ottoman period in the Ottoman Empire. Cumalıkızık
which is very impressive with its very well preserved old colorful houses and authentic village environment. Nowadays ,it is
an ideal place for historical films.. After a local village breakfast where you can taste different flavors, we walk to the village
from one end to the other. In the village square, the items belonging to the village history are exhibited. We wander
Ethnography Museum and Art House, Cin Aralığı Street, (according to rumors the world's narrowest street) Cumalıkızık
Mosque, Cumalıkızık Bath and Zekiye Hatun Fountain.

We are going to restaurant to eat the famous Iskender Kebab of Bursa. After lunch we are going to Ulu Mosque which is
one of the most important works of Turkish Islamic architecture.. It has the feature of being the largest mosque in Turkish
history in terms of closed prayer area, After visiting the Ulu mosque, we start our tour of street flavour (simit, tahini pide,
walnut delight and cantık tasting)

Then we are going for dinner in pideli köfte workshop .Historic Kayhan Bazaar; With its unique mystical atmosphere of the

We are heading towards Gölyazı, a museum city which has an important place in the history of Christianity. On the shores
of Lake Uluabat (Apollont), we arrive at Gölyazı which offers a unique beauty where nature meets history. Historic weather,
green nature, village women with hot conversation, veteran fishing uncles of the lush lake will fascinate us. Gölyazı are
among the places to visit; Gölyazı Culture House, Göl Yazıevi, Ağlayan Çınar

women marketers in authentic suits should not forget. This is one of the colors of the market, actually the most interesting.
We are in the capital of olive and olive oil, this time in Ayvalık. AYVALIK is a place that cuts your breath with the smell of

DAY 4: We wake up with a beautiful weather in Ayvalık and for breakfast, we are the guest of the breakfast table to
experience the flavors of the region. After breakfast we are heading to see the beauties of Ayvalık.

HISTORIC MANSIONS AND STREETS
The market established in the center of Ayvalik is so famous that there are even those who come from the Greek islands..
For this reason, the marketers here even learned Greek. The vegetables and fruits that people produce in their own fields,
are sold here very much. This place also has its clothes department. But According to us, to this market; they come to buy
olive oil, pumpkin flower and Ayvalik dolma. Please also pay attention to the variety of herbs sold!

THE AEGEAN: We see Ortunç Bay, Akvaryum Bay, Cennet Bay, İncirli Bay, Alibey Bay and Tımarhane Bays.

After our boat tour, we head to Şeytan Sofrası which is a high hill dominating the Ayvalık Islands, covered with pine forests.
After seeing the trail in the iron cage symbolizing the Footprint of the Devil, we sip our teas with the landscapes of Midilli
After this pleasant day We're on the way to dinner, we are guest at a nice table to eat local dishes.

DAY 5: FOR BREAKFAST, WE ARE GUEST TO A TABLE ENRICHED WITH OLIVE OIL, OLIVES AND JAMS .
AFTER THESE UNIQUE TASTES OF THE REGION, THE GOOSE MOUNTAINS WITH ITS MAGNIFICENT NATURE :We are heading
to Mount Kaz which is called Ida in antiquity, where God Zeus directed of the Trojan War and hosted the world's first
beauty contest.We are going to visit the Kaz Mountain which are scientifically proven to be the 2nd largest oxygen store in
the world Avcılar village, Delidere, Weeping pine, Sahinderesi canyon, Turkmen Pınarı , heaven lake, bear gates and
shepherd's pasture, includes trips When you share the beautiful hours that are intertwined with nature with your friends,
your friends may regret did not attend this tour.
After a short walk we see the pond called hasanboğuldu. the dramatic story of Hasan and Emine will surprise you..

Zeus was born here, the gods watched the Trojan war from here, and the goddess of love and beauty Aphrodite fell in love
here for the first time. After our trip to Yeşilyurt village, dinner and accommodation will be at our hotel.
AGAIN, WE ARE GUESTS TO EAT RAKI FISH AND OLIVE OIL WITH THE SMELL OF SEA IN A TRADITIONAL PLACE. IT WILL BE A
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ...
DAY 6 : WE ARE GOING TO GEYIKLI, WHICH IS A WONDERFUL RESORT, WHERE YOU CAN ENJOY A LOCAL BREAKFAST.
AFTER VISITING THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE, WE TURN OUR DIRECTION TOWARDS BOZCAADA.
while we are waiting for the ferry that will take us to Bozcaada; On the beach we give free time for enjoying tea, coffee.
After a half-hour journey by ferry, we arrive at bozcaada.. The amazingly cute bozcaada fascinates us in our first step.on the

BOZCAADA MARKET AND BAZAAR
After the meal we walk with the warm wind of the island with our guests. Then we sip our teas on seaside after tasting the
famous tomato jam and wine of the peasant women on the island. Then we return with the ferry .Dinner and
WE GO TO DINNER FOR TASTE OF LOCAL PRODUCTS..
DAY 7: AFTER AWAKENING TO A WONDERFUL DAY, FOR A WONDERFUL MORNING BREAKFAST, WE GO TO THE OTLU
OMLET WORKSHOP WITH THE DELICIOUS HERBS OF THE AEGEAN *. Then we head towards the Assos we know as
Behramkale.. When we arrived in Assos, after a short climb We are going to the hill where we call the Acropolis, where the
Temple of Athena, which dates back to the 5th century BC.. After seeing the temple, you will be fascinated by the
magnificent view of the Aegean Sea., if you are lucky, after Girit and Eğriboz ,Greece's third largest island you can see the
island of Lesbos very close to Turkey. We trip the Acropolis of Assos where Aristotle, the teacher of Alexander the Great,
has a school of philosophy. We see the port of Assos as panoramic from here then we arrive at The Ancient City of Troy,
which was the subject of the first war between the east and west. When we enter the ancient city with a rich history of
5000 years we begin our trip by seeing the Wood Horse, which meets us in all its glory and is made in accordance with the
legend of Troy. In the ancient city, which was burned down nine times and rebuilt in the same place; We see inclined and
intertwined walls, the gates of the walls,, ramp doors, altar, Turkish bath, sewer and Odeon.
THE ANCIENT CITY OF TROY
We are going to Çanakkale after our trip to the ancient city of Troy
We are going to see the historical Trojan horse which is one of the most important symbols of the region.
THEN WE GO TO THE HISTORIC CANAKKALE AYNALI BAZAAR
And we're going to Eceabat by ferry. After arriving in Eceabat, we come to Gallipoli Peninsula and we start to see the traces
of the Çanakkale Battle, which was a martyr and casualty of 253,000 soldiers, which began in 1914 .Our first stop is the
Çanakkale Martyrs' Monument, the biggest monument on the peninsula. After our monument visit In memory of the
soldiers of the fifty-seventh infantry, who were martyred during the Canakkale wars and who were all martyrs,
We visited the fifty-seventh Regiment of Martyrdom in 1994 by the Ministry of Culture. Then we go to Conk Bayır and from
there we have the chance to see the Aegean Sea and Anafartalar Plain. Also we see where Mustafa Kemal's watch was
broken at Conk Bayır. We continue our journey towards Tekirdağ at the end of our martyrdom trip.
Tekirdag's local flavors will be tasted at dinner. This evening we will also taste the Tekirdag Rakı.
DAY 8: in the morning we will taste local products After breakfast and we start our flavor tour. The towns in Tekirdağ and its
surrounding settled in farms and brought their own culinary culture. The indigenous people of the region have maintained
their culinary and food culture against the rich culinary culture. As a result, a very wide accumulation of flavor has occurred
in and around Tekirdağ. The most famous product of this flavor accumulation is Tekirdağ Köftesi on the first day of our trip

Rüstem Paşa Complex.After,we are going to Istanbul.
Hayrabolu Dessert: Cheese, eggs, flour, semolina is used in its production. If desired, it is served with tahini, cream or
Bulama:Trakya In the region, it is used as a highly preferred breakfast product. It is also consumed as dessert in main and
intermediate meals.Its color varies from light yellow to brown and is a solid type of molasses.Grape is used as the main

Boza It is a highly produced and consumed winter drink of the Thrace Region. It is consumed as an effective preservative
and energizer in cold winter days Materials used in Boza; semolina, sugar and water. It contains high amounts of minerals
and vitamins. It has high nutritional value and healthy drinks category. Boza; iron, phosphorus, zinc, calcium and vitamin A,
such as the body contains the nutrients needed. When serving, leblebi, cinnamon or hazelnuts can be used.
